After downloading the latest file you will get following file in your folder.

3. Documentation

4. dist

Chankya-seed:

Contains the seed version of chankya admin template

Chankya

In Chankya folder there are following files and folder are present.

App package folder

App src folder

Documentation:

It contains the Documentation link of the theme which are you reading right now.

Dist

It contains the latest build of the theme.
